The yard is right here. AYA Automotive sits at 2 Wandana Ave, Gilles Plains — that's not a registered address on a website, it's where the cars actually are. When you're buying used, there's a limit to what photos and a spec sheet tell you. You need to walk around the car, look down the panels, sit in the driver's seat, and hear it run. That's what visiting us in person is for.
What visiting looks like
Pull into Wandana Avenue and you'll see the forecourt straight away — the cars are parked out front, not hidden around the back. You can walk the lot at your own pace, open doors, check boots, ask questions. There's no glass showroom with a sales desk between you and the vehicles. The person you talk to is the same person who knows the history of each car on the lot, because we're a small family operation and we source and prep them ourselves.
Same-day decisions
Because everything is here — the cars, the paperwork, the finance, the trade-in valuation — you can go from first look to driving away in a single visit if that's what you want to do. Test drive on roads you already know around Gilles Plains, sort the finance on site, and leave with the car. We can also hold a car for you with a deposit if you need a day to think, but you don't have to come back three times to get it done.
What's on the lot
The stock turns over regularly, so what's here today might not be here next week. Sedans, SUVs, utes, hatchbacks — a spread that covers first-car buyers through to families and tradies. Every car on the forecourt has been through our inspection process before it gets parked out front. If you're local to Gilles Plains or just passing through the area, the easiest thing is to drop in and see what's here right now. You can also check current stock online and call ahead so a car you're interested in is ready to look at when you arrive.
After the sale
Being based here means if something comes up after you drive away — a question, a document, a warranty item — you're coming back to the same yard and the same people. We're open seven days, so that's straightforward. That's the point of buying from a dealer with a physical location rather than a listing you found online.
